Spenser (Stafford) O’Connor is a partner with O’Connor, Haseley and Wilhelm Law.  Her practice focuses on real estate law and estate planning.  Spenser has a diverse range of legal experience, ranging from procurement of real estate for a telecommunications company to working as counsel for the largest independently owned title company in Central Ohio. 

Spenser reviews title, real estate contracts, land records, surveys, wills, and trusts. Additionally, she resolves liens, encumbrances, title defects, and boundary disputes. 

She has continuously facilitated closings and contract negotiations on behalf of buyers and sellers,  in both residential and commercial transactions. She also prepares and teaches continuing education classes for real estate agents across Central Ohio. 

She attended Indiana University for her Bachelor’s Degree. She graduated from Capital University Law School cum laude and is the recipient of the CALI for Real Property. Her community involvement includes membership in CREW Columbus, where she serves on the programs committee, the Columbus Bar Association, and Columbus Realtors.
